FAQ
What is ONA's open model? On devices with 8 GB of memory, ONA downloads the open-source Qwen3 4B model (Apache 2.0) once over Wi-Fi and generates answers entirely on the device. The download is about 2.3 GB; you can delete it from “ONA Open Model” in the menu.
Voice chat doesn't work. Turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition in Settings › ONA. You can change the voice from “Choose a voice” in the menu.
I don't get notifications. Allow them in Settings › Notifications › ONA. Answers finished after you leave the app and the daily reminder arrive as notifications.
Restoring ONA Plus. Menu › ONA Plus › “Restore purchases”. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
App language. ONA starts in your device language; change it from the language picker in the menu. Apple Watch follows the iPhone setting.
