Cihazında işlenen veriler
- Sohbetler: Yanıtlar Apple'ın cihaz-üstü modeli veya ONA'nın açık modeliyle cihazında üretilir. Sohbet geçmişi yalnızca cihazında tutulur; uygulamayı silmek onu da siler.
- Ses: Mikrofon yalnızca sen başlattığında açılır. Konuşma tanıma mümkünse cihazda yapılır; cihaz desteklemiyorsa Apple'ın konuşma tanıma hizmeti kullanılabilir (Apple gizlilik politikası geçerlidir). Sesli yanıtlar cihazda sentezlenir; ses kaydı saklanmaz.
- Fotoğraf, kamera ve dosyalar: Yalnızca senin seçtiğin fotoğraf, çektiğin kare veya eklediğin PDF/metin dosyasındaki yazı cihazında okunur ve sadece o soru için kullanılır; görsel ve dosya hiçbir yere gönderilmez ve saklanmaz.
- Sağlık: İzin verirsen yalnızca bugünkü adım sayısı HealthKit'ten okunur, cihazda gösterilir; hiçbir yere gönderilmez, değiştirilmez ve reklam veya pazarlama için kullanılmaz.
- Konum: Yalnızca uygulama kullanılırken ve hava durumu veya yakın yer gibi bir istekte kullanılır.
- Bildirimler: Yanıt ve günlük hatırlatma bildirimleri cihazda oluşturulan yerel bildirimlerdir; push sunucusu kullanılmaz.
- Apple Watch: Saatten sorulan sorular WatchConnectivity ile yalnızca eşleştirilmiş iPhone'una iletilir.
İnternete giden istekler
Bu istekler hesap bilgisi veya sohbet geçmişi içermez; yalnızca o isteği yanıtlamak için gerekeni içerir:
- Wikipedia (Wikimedia): bilgi sorularında arama terimi.
- MET Norway: hava durumu için yaklaşık konum (enlem/boylam).
- TRT Haber RSS: haber başlıkları (istekte kişisel veri yoktur).
- Hugging Face: 8 GB belleğe sahip cihazlarda açık modelin (Qwen3 4B, Apache 2.0) bir kez Wi-Fi üzerinden indirilmesi. Sorular gönderilmez.
- Apple Haritalar ve bağlantılar: rota ve yer bağlantıları sen dokunduğunda Apple Haritalar'da veya tarayıcıda açılır; o hizmetlerin politikaları geçerlidir.
Bu hizmetler, her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresini teknik olarak görebilir.
Anonim kullanım istatistikleri
iOS uygulaması, uygulamayı geliştirmek için Google Analytics for Firebase ile anonim kullanım istatistikleri toplar: uygulamanın açılması, bir cevabın hangi kaynaktan geldiği (ör. cihaz modeli, harita, hava durumu), hangi özelliğin kullanıldığı (sesli dinleme, ek ekleme), uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, dil ve IP adresinden çıkarılan yaklaşık ülke/bölge, ayrıca rastgele bir uygulama örneği kimliği. Mesajların, cevapların, eklerin, sesin, konumun veya sağlık verilerinin içeriği asla gönderilmez. Reklam kimliği (IDFA) kullanılmaz, reklam kişiselleştirmesi kapalıdır ve veriler seni takip etmek için kullanılmaz. Menüdeki “Anonim istatistikler” seçeneğiyle istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin. Google'ın veri işleme koşulları: policies.google.com/privacy.
Satın almalar
ONA Plus satın alımları App Store tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz; uygulama yalnızca StoreKit üzerinden hakkının etkin olup olmadığını doğrular.
Çocuklar
ONA 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Hakların (KVKK / GDPR)
Sunucumuzda senin hakkında veri tutmadığımız için silinecek bir hesap yoktur; cihazdaki verileri uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin. Erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve şikâyet hakların için prismflowgames@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na veya ülkendeki veri koruma otoritesine başvurma hakkın saklıdır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel tarih bu sayfada yer alır; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

Data processed on your device
- Conversations: Answers are generated on your device by Apple's on-device model or ONA's open model. Chat history stays on your device; deleting the app deletes it.
- Voice: The microphone turns on only when you start it. Speech recognition runs on the device where supported; otherwise Apple's speech recognition service may be used (Apple's privacy policy applies). Spoken answers are synthesized on the device; recordings aren't stored.
- Photos, camera and files: Only the text in a photo you choose, a picture you take or a PDF/text file you attach is read on your device and used for that one question; images and files are never sent anywhere or stored.
- Health: If you allow it, only today's step count is read from HealthKit and shown on the device. It's never sent anywhere, modified, or used for advertising or marketing.
- Location: Used only while the app is in use, for a request such as weather or nearby places.
- Notifications: Answer and daily reminder notifications are local notifications created on the device; no push server is used.
- Apple Watch: Questions asked on the watch are relayed only to your paired iPhone via WatchConnectivity.
Network requests
These requests contain no account data or chat history, only what's needed to answer that request:
- Wikipedia (Wikimedia): the search term for factual questions.
- MET Norway: approximate location (latitude/longitude) for weather.
- TRT Haber RSS: news headlines (no personal data in the request).
- Hugging Face: a one-time Wi-Fi download of the open model (Qwen3 4B, Apache 2.0) on devices with 8 GB of memory. Questions are not sent.
- Apple Maps and links: route and place links open in Apple Maps or the browser when you tap them; those services' policies apply.
As with any internet request, these services can technically see your IP address.
Anonymous usage statistics
To improve the app, the iOS app collects anonymous usage statistics with Google Analytics for Firebase: app opens, which source produced an answer (for example the on-device model, maps or weather), which features are used (listening, attachments), app version, device model, language, approximate country/region derived from the IP address, and a random app-instance identifier. The content of your messages, answers, attachments, voice, location or health data is never sent. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used, ad personalization is off, and the data is not used to track you. You can turn this off anytime with “Anonymous statistics” in the menu. Purchases
ONA Plus purchases are processed by the App Store. We never see payment details; the app only checks through StoreKit whether your entitlement is active.
Children
ONA does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
We keep no data about you on our servers, so there is no account to delete; remove on-device data by deleting the app. For access, correction, deletion, objection or complaints, email prismflowgames@gmail.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new date appears on this page; significant changes are announced in the app.
